Our story
Mac Mac started with a lifelong love of mac and cheese. Priscilla brought the inspiration, Chef Noah brought his culinary background, and together they turned their favorite comfort food into a Denver pop-up of their own.
After 15 years together—and a shared passion for all things cheese—they launched Mac Mac to serve fresh, creative bowls and share a little more comfort with their community. What began as a tent and a four-cheese blend is already growing through local markets, special events, and collaborations with other Denver makers.
